feat: Implement online appointment booking feature

- Added new HTML page for appointment booking (terminbuchung.html) with form for user input and summary display.
- Created JavaScript file (terminbuchung-form.js) to handle form validation, tag management for allergies, and email submission.
- Developed JavaScript file (terminbuchung.js) for calendar pop-up functionality on the homepage, allowing users to select available dates and times.
- Introduced JSON file (terminbuchung.json) to store availability data for trainers, linking dates to available time slots.
